Tech Lead

Job Description

Minimum 1 year experience of working with Microservices and Rest APIs
Cloud exposure (AWS or Azure)
Solution design and architecting capabilities
Integration exposure with third party applications, Wallet and Payment gateway (Nice to Have)
Good knowledge of Spring, Spring boot, Java/J2EE, Hibernate, Database – Postgres/RDBMS, Apache Kafka, Elastic Search,
Should have fair understanding of – JIRA, Git, Maven, Shell scriptGood to Have
Node JS
Front end technologies like React
DevOps tools knowledge – Jenkins/Docker/Kubernetes (optional/added advantage)
Should be capable of handling end to end release (solution, implementation, testing, release)
Knowledge of Python will be a big plus (Optional)
Should have worked on large products
Should have managed a team of at least 5+
Operating style suited to working in a small-organization setting, where teamwork and resourcefulness are highly valued
Excellent leadership skills, including ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
